Goofy looking FedEx truck with a massive rear overhang required by the elevator platform and pair of support legs under the box. This thing just looks comical.

I’ve always kinda Ike’s those hot-shot trucks. The overhang does look goofy though.

Oh custom critical? That’s for the illegal drugs or conflict diamonds. Why anyone would trust FedEx with their actually precious cargo in the first place is beyond me.

I feel like it needs some ratchet straps around the front of the box to complete the “box truck box thrown on the back of a semi cab” look.

But...why. Almost every 5 ton truck has a gate like that, and not nearly as much overhang. Maybe couldn’t get a wheelbase long enough for the box and the sleeper?

It also has 2 support feet right behind the rear wheels which add to the required overhang.

Oh, strange...but couldn’t they avoid the need for the supports by having less overhang?

Hmmmm. For that lightweight steering feel.

Custom Critical, I worked for UPS in college and there are drivers that go direct and have deliveries that can’t go on planes.

Really curious how that thing drives considering the super short wheelbase and lack of length
